HOW CAN I HELPA LESS FORTUNATE CHILD IN SAINT LUCIA?

If you'd like to provide a bag of supplies to an underprivileged child, simply send a bag or bags with supplies to Project Education Headquarters - 719 Remsen Ave, Brooklyn. NY 11236.

We have compiled a list of suggested school supplies:

#2. pencils; pens; glue; glue sticks; colored pencils; Kleenex; boxes of Crayons; (8-24 crayons); pencil boxes; pencil pouches; erasers; scissors; wide ruled spiral notebooks; small pencil sharpeners; pocket folders; rulers with inches and centimeters; washable colored markers; bottles of hand sanitizer; thin dry erase markers; water bottles; big binders and trapper keepers.

Make kids school supplies count this year. Buy supplies to encourage organization.

Organized supplies help kids find what they need efficiently. Certain supplies just make the school day go more smoothly. These school supplies will make a difference throughout the school year.

Thanksgiving Commemoration July 5, 2009

 Faith & International Cultural Pride – One World: One Word

Twelve members of the congregation (five children and seven adults) are invited to share their experiences when they first heard the Word and how it changed their lives. Show your Apostleship! You may wear or display traditional garments or ornaments, representing family background, ethnic group, heritage, or country of origin. Presentations will be heard each Sunday during the mass, starting the First Sunday after Pentecost through July 5th. Please bring a miniature flag to display at our Blessed Mother’s Altar and on July 5th, please bring a dish from your birth country, which we shall sample during our celebration in the undercroft. Other activities to be announced at a later date.
